Description

The room for rent is the master bedroom (16x9) with a vanity area (8x6) & private bathroom. My current roommate & both work full time & also a part time student When we’re home we’re mostly just chilling or sleeping. We’ve lived together for a few years now & found we work pretty well together. We’re hoping to find someone who we can get along with in the same way. We’re respectful of each others space & peace of mind. My roommate has a small dog, frenchie mix. She’s very curious & sweet. I’ve never seen her show one bit of aggression towards to anyone or anything. She does however love to play & if you have an animal she’ll be very interested in getting to know them. Most utilities (propane, trash, water & WiFi) are in included in the rent. We only ask to split the electricity bill 3 ways because we feel it keeps everyone in check. There’s plenty of driveway parking & the house sits on about an acre of land in a very peaceful & spread out neighborhood. We also have a small home gym & elliptical cardio machine in the garage that you’re welcome to use.
