I’m looking for roommates or a 1bed

Hello my name is Kiryn, I'm a 19yr old female and I'm an incoming freshman at Cabrillo! I’m looking for either roommates to split rent or a 1-bed apartment/studio to rent. I'm flexible with my monthly budget and open to negotiations. I'm actively searching for a new job but I do have savings saved up as well as financial assistance from my parents. In terms of a roommate, I’m looking for those who are clean, respectful, and flexible. Also someone who is open to have having guests over (I love hosting and hanging out with friends). As well as a person without a strict curfew because I would hate to disturb their sleeping schedule! I'm a singer/songwriter and would love to have a space where I'm able to create and make music (but I'm respectful when it comes to being told to keep it down). I'm huge on communication and I think it's important to be transparent so grudges don't form! tidy and flexible when it comes to lifestyles. Everyone is different and I love to experience new things! very social when I want to be but have no issues with chilling at home too:)
