Looking for a room

Hi! I’m currently looking for a room or studio apartment to rent in Brisbane, with a budget of up to $300 per week. Ideally, I’d love somewhere around Capalaba or the surrounding areas, but I’m open to anywhere in Brisbane for the right place.
A little about me — I’m a full-time student and currently looking for work alongside my studies. I also have my kiddo with me every second week, so I’m looking for somewhere comfortable, safe and welcoming for both of us.
I’m non-smoking, don’t drink, and I’m a clean, respectful and quiet person. I’m pretty easygoing and enjoy having my own space. When I’m not at school or catching up with a friend, you’ll usually find me reading a book, doing some art, or spending time playing with my kid. I also love a good sleep-in and a cosy movie night. 🥰
I’m looking for somewhere I can feel at home and treat with the same care and respect I would my own place.
