URGENT! Looking for someone to take over my lease. I will be moving out of state within the next few weeks and need someone to take over my lease.
$925 base rent + $15 location fee (view of the nicest pool in the complex) gym & other amenities right next door. Single rooms (bedrooms, large bathroom & large walk in closet) One resident occupying a room but 2 rooms are available not including mine. On the tiger trails route. About 7 minutes from campus. Very close to grocery stores and fast food places. Extremely convenient location. I just cannot afford to pay rent at a place I am not staying at.
