There's also a shared roof deck. The suite feels more like a private apartment. It includes an interior bedroom with sliding doors for privacy or an airy loft feel, plus a living/work area with an entire wall of windows and natural light. The bathroom is steps away and shared with another housemate. Bedding & towels can be provided. SHARED: Open kitchen/dining/living area beneath a skylight, plus laundry with new washer/dryer. The kitchen has high-end appliances and every cooking gadget. We mostly cook on weekends; our housemate hardly cooks. INCLUDES: Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, utilities, a/c, bi-monthly housekeeper LOCATION: Near many subways, buses, restaurants, cafés, shops, Madison Square Park. Whole Foods, Fairway, Trader Joe’s, CVS. ABOUT US: We’re Sundance & Emmy Award-winning documentarians. In addition to filmmaking, Tina serves on nonprofit boards and is pursuing a second master’s at Oxford. Jane is an IRS-certified tax specialist. We mostly work from home and enjoy dinner, conversation, joking around, and reading or watching movies in the evenings. Housemates are always welcome to join in. We enjoy the sense of community that comes from sharing a home, and have enjoyed every housemate we've had the pleasure of knowing. HOUSEMATE: A 25-year-old AI engineer who works from home and is very considerate. His sweet dog mostly stays in his room; our house-trained rabbit happily lives in a pen.
