Looking for empowered roommates in a shared housing opportunity. I have available several rooms in a lovely 5-bedroom home in Richmond Ca. The space is recently renovated, clean, nice back yard with an awesome lemon tree, street parking, Laundry on, safe area. Located near the Buddhist temple in Richmond Ca. Looking for preferably female housemates with the goal of having an all-female home and safe space. Ideally looking for artsy, queer identifying and nature-oriented people to hold a nurturing and enjoyable home space. No drinking or smoking preferred. There are 2 refrigerators in the kitchen, 1.5 baths, currently have 3 (semi furnished basically just a bed and maybe a chair)rooms available. Rooms are 990$ (that includes the utilities).
