Hi everyone! I'm looking for a female roommate to take over my spot in a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment at Avalon at Northbrook. Nothing is wrong with the place and my roommates are great I'm just moving for personal reasons! My roommates are hoping to find another female preferably young 20s and are hoping to meet any potential applicants prior to move in to make sure everyone is comfortable! - Rent will be $655/month + utilities
- Lease runs through April 30, 2027
- Private bedroom & shared bathroom
- Common living space, kitchen, 1-car garage and balcony
- Washer & dryer in unit
