Everything is clean and in good working condition. It comes with a bedroom and bathroom for the tenant’s use. The tenant will also have use of the kitchen, washer, dryer, and backyard, and garage. No pets please, as owner has severe allergies. The rent is $800/month and the lease lasts 6 months. The Security Deposit of $800 is due at signing, and the first rent payment is due on entry.
