ADU Studio rental

Description

Studio is a garage converted to studio with its own entrance. Refrigerator, microwave, stove, washer/dryer in unit, and split AC included. All utilities included with rent. Looking for single occupancy, I am open to couple at additional cost. Parking will be in the street and no access to backyard of property. Deposit is 1,200. I will require a $35 fee for application as I’ll be doing background/credit check. Studio is being painted and will be available 08/15 for move in. Pictures coming soon.
