💰 THE MONEY & RENT DISCOUNTS:
Rent is $850 plus a $150 flat utility fee (covers everything including streaming apps).
To move in, you need the first month ($1000 total) plus a $500 refundable security deposit.
I also offer flat rate rent discounts if you are handy and want to put in some sweat equity on yard projects (building garden boxes, driveway pavers, etc.)!
🐕 Pets: Caged pets are cool. Open to one dog if they get along perfectly with my two dogs (pet deposit applies).
