Cute old 3 BR 2 bath duplex

Mostly original hardwood floors, dang near already fully furnished by me with a cutesy garden and a front and back porch. (To clarify, total ret is about $1600, so I’d wanna do halvsies with one other person or split it evenly 3 ways) I have an anxious German Shepherd who will make fast and enthusiastic friends with you, and two sweet and very polite orange boy kitties. Whimsical as heck, and yeah, the craft supplies are gonna be out more times than not 🤷♀️😬 BUT you can use them if you promise to be nice to them lol.
