Description

I currently live in a 3-bedroom, 1-bath + a den top-floor apartment in Bronzeville, and both of my roommates are moving out with the current lease ending on August 31st. The rent is $642 per person. There are two rooms available: the largest or the second-largest room within the unit. I have the smallest room in the apartment, as such, I also use the den. The apartment includes an in-unit washer & dryer, updated kitchen appliances, a modern bathroom with tile floors, hardwood floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, and a back porch/back yard, with water, gas, & heat included in the rent. The apartment is less than a 15-minute walk to the Red and Green lines. Additionally, the unit is gated and can be locked.
