Description

The house is well-maintained, bright, and comfortable. It's a co-living setup with a small number of individual tenants — everyone keeps to themselves but we keep the common areas clean and respect each other's space and schedules.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and chair.

You'll have access to a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, and a living room with couch and TV. High-speed internet is included. Utilities are split equally among tenants.

Location is great — 5 minute walk to Wegmans, BJ's, Burlington, and Crunch Fitness. Restaurants, hospitals, schools, and highway access are all within a few minutes on Carlisle Pike.

Looking for individual (no couples) who is clean, respectful, and financially stable.

Monthly income should be at least 3x the rent and you should have at least 3 months rent in savings. Background and credit check required through MySmartMove. Employment or income verification required before move-in.

No smoking, no drugs, no parties, no pets. Students are welcome with proof of enrollment and a guarantor.
