I’m looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in my 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment, located just about 5 minutes from downtown Littleton! Rent is $1,115/month ALL-IN — this includes rent, all utilities, and internet, so you’ll have one consistent monthly payment with no surprise utility bills! The available bedroom is large and can comfortably fit a king-size bed with plenty of room left over. It also has a large closet with lots of storage space. The apartment also has in-unit laundry, so no shared laundry room or laundromat! A little about me: I’m currently in nursing school and work at a hospital, so between school, clinicals, and work, I’m out of the house more than I’m home. I have a 5 year old son, but with my busy schedule he’s usually with me every other weekend. I also have a 6-year-old dog named Rosco who is super friendly and loves people. 🐶 The apartment has a private backyard that I personally don’t use much, so you’d be more than welcome to enjoy the space and make it your own! There’s also a large shared backyard for the quadplex with a big outdoor table, hammock, and yard games. One of my favorite things about living here is the little community we have. Everyone is friendly, and we usually get together a few times a week to grill, hang out, play games, and share meals. You can be as social as you want while still having your own space and privacy! I’m looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, clean, and comfortable living with a dog.
