Furnished Room in Quiet House

We have a relaxing private room available in our quiet Maitland home for $750 per month, including utilities, Wi-Fi, laundry and designated parking. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Furnished, it includes a full-size bed, dresser, nightstand, lamp, television and closet. My partner and I own and live in the home, along with two female renters. Everyone is friendly and considerate, although we generally lead independent lives and keep the house peaceful. The home is on a quiet cul-de-sac and is convenient to Maitland, Winter Park and downtown Orlando. UCF and Full Sail are approximately 15–30 minutes away, depending on traffic. Single occupancy only. Month-to-month agreement with a two-month minimum. The home is smoke-free and drug-free. Background screening and a security deposit are required.
