room with granite/marble floors

Description

Hi. I have a room for rent. I have a tenant moving out August 1, and so the room will be available August 2. I won't be able to show the room until August 1 or 2. The rent is $725 per month, and includes utilities, cable tv, and internet. The room has a bedframe, two bedside tables, and a lamp, but is otherwise unfurnished. I have a rental application, and I require a background check. A prospective tenant needs to have regular predictable income, meaning a job, pension, or social security, in the range of $1600 to $1800 a month minimum. The tenant will share a bathroom with myself. I'm a 51 year old male, the owner of the house and I live in one room. I work as a college professor. I have a long term tenant (72 year old male) who has lived with me for about 10 years or more, and is a retired engineer. The tenant who is moving out will have lived here one year. I have one large dog (husky) which is an inside dog; it is very friendly. The floors of my house, including the room for rent, consist of polished marble and granite. The tenant will have full use of the kitchen and washer and dryer. I'm sorry, but I can't take someone with pets.
