(Note: the bunkbed is gone, and whoever rents the room, can use a twin or a full bed) I'm looking for a mature lady, as you will be sharing the bathroom with one other female. She is in her early 50s, and rarely here. She works 3-11pm and has a second job as well, I might see her 5 minutes in an entire week. My bedroom is downstairs, and am just looking for someone easy-going and fairly quiet that needs a safe place to stay. There is a bus stop at the bottom of my neighborhood, about a mile walk, we are right between Middlebrook Pike, the interstate at Walker Springs, a couple of miles away from Cedar Bluff, and a mile away from Kingston Pike. Location location location! There's a washer and dryer downstairs, and room in the fridge as well as pantry space. This is a very safe and convenient neighborhood. Utilities, trash, and internet included. We also have hot water on demand and a whole house water filtration system. If you have your own bed you'd like to bring I'll give you a $150 credit on the first month. If not, you (or I) can choose one and get it set it for you before move-in. We have hot water on demand, a full home water filtration system and rent covers all utilities, internet and garbage. You'll have your own pantry space and room in the refrigerator. There is one sweet 6 pound cat that likes to be outside but he sleeps with me at night.
