Looking for a Roommate! Earliest move in date July 31 (signing 12 month lease by 7/31 at the latest) I’m looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my apartment. Apartment Details
• 2 bed / 1 bath (bathroom is separated into two rooms for added privacy— see photos!)
• Second-floor apartment in Broomfield
• Rent: $804/month + utilities
• 12-month lease
• Shared bathroom and common areas
• Available now. • Mostly furnished, but you’re welcome to bring furniture or décor if it fits the space
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Community pool, gym, and garages
• Conveniently located about 30 minutes from both Boulder and Denver A little about me
I’m clean, reliable, and easygoing. I work full-time and tend to be an early bird. I like keeping the apartment clean and pretty quiet. I rarely have guests over besides my boyfriend. I also have a pet tarantula and a toad, but both stay securely in their enclosures and won’t be roaming around the apartment. I’m looking for someone who:
• Pays rent and utilities on time
• Is clean and respectful of shared spaces
