1 room available connected to private bathroom. In nice community in riverwalk with streams and parks.Right across the street from University of La Sierra. Students are preferred but others welcome.1200 is unfurnished with utilities including internet, electricity,water. 1450 for furnished room with full bed, dresser and desk and tv. You will have access to to all the main living areas and kitchen. There is an additional $50 a month for parking if needed, however school is in walking or scooter distance.
