I am sub leasing a one bedroom in a 2 bedroom apt for 10 months while i on the road working, You will have access to the whole apt,my room will be locked, so you will have a 1 bedroom apt in a beautiful,quite complex in Concord N.C., I will be coming home during some holidays breaks, which i will notify you before i am coming home, This is a 1 bedroom apt for a Single Person,Working,Clean, Non cigarette smoker, and if you smoke others you must smoke out on the balcony at all times, No Pets, as i stated before you have to be Single With a Job and Clean. i will post pics. I will start working on Sept to July so this is a 10 month lease. To move in i need 1m0nth rent 1 month security or, half of security.
