Fully Furnished Bedroom- Seeking a Female roommate to share with 2 other females. Quiet home for individual who rises early 5:30am and retires early 9:30pm to 10pm approx. Requirements: Must be kind/communicate respectfully/easy going. Need a roommate who desires a clean home and will do their part as a team player to help with household upkeep. Entire home is wood floors except for bedrooms. Housekeeping is available with an additional charge $100 per month+ if needed will be discussed. Must be employed Full-Time or be a full-time student outside the home. Also Required: good car, good credit, excellent references and pay rent on the first of every month. All utilities included: WiFi, Pg&E, Water, Garbage. Your Amenities include: WiFi/Streaming-Netflix, etc. Your personal New Full size Maytag refrigerator (located in garage) during your stay. Included- use of Brand New Front Load LG washer/dryer inside the home. Full kitchen privileges with gas top stove/oven and dishwasher. Including: beautiful outside patio with barbque. Gardner for front and back of home (no need for yard work). We are Located on a culdesac in a nice middle class Santa Rosa neighborhood (Coffey Park) there is one street parking spot in front of home for you at no charge. We are located a few mins away from Hwy 101 access; 5 mins from Sutter Hospital in Larkfield just 5 mins or less to Sutter Outpatient clinic (Airway Drive). In addition: our location is 10 -15 mins to all local hospitals in Santa Rosa (Kaiser/Memorial/Sutter) No, overnight guests please. We are animal lovers, yet, I'm sorry, No Pets are allowed.
