Lease Takeover - Liberty Bay Club

I’m relocating for work and looking for someone to takeover the remainder of my lease which runs until 8/23/2026, with the option to renew the lease if you choose to. The apartment is very spacious (820 sq ft) with amenities such as pool, game room, golf simulator, and daily shuttle to and from Grove St PATH!
