The Rent is $850/month, which includes all utilities (water, pest control, trash, sewage, gas, and electricity), Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. There will also be a $400 move in fee. The apartment is fully furnished, but the bedroom is unfurnished, so you would just need to bring your own bed and personal items.
