Private room & bath for rent

Private bedroom and bathroom available in my newly renovated 3 bed, 2.5 bath home. I own the house and take pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Greenbrier Mall, with convenient access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and major highways. You’ll have access to the shared kitchen, living areas, and laundry. The room is furnished but if you have your own furniture I’m happy to store the furniture away somewhere else I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with. Communication is key. No men and no smokers (vape, cig, or weed). I do have a friendly cat, so you’ll need to be okay with cats. If you have a friendly, well-behaved cat of your own, I’d be happy to consider that as well. If this sounds like a good fit, send me a message and tell me a little about yourself!
