Looking to Sublease my half of room

Looking for someone to take my lease at The Rive, 6 min drive to campus, free shuttle to and from campus, 2 pools, only $20
parking ALL YEAR. The room is a double, and my current lease is less than $1000 AFTER added Fees. There are 5 other people in the apartment, and we are all nice and get along, there will most likely be another person in the room I’m offering, however in the case that there isn’t you will not be required to pay more, simply just what the contract states.
