Hi! My name is Kyla, and I'm urgently looking for a room or basement suite. If possible, I'm hoping to move in before July 20. I'm 28 years old, quiet, clean, respectful, and currently attending school online. I keep to myself, don't party, don't have visitors over, and take pride in being a considerate, drama-free tenant. I receive a stable government income of $1,500/month, with my next payment arriving on July 20. I'm hoping to find someone willing to work with me until then. I also have two calm, friendly, neutered indoor cats. Due to my current housing situation, they're temporarily being cared for by the Humane Society. I must reclaim them by July 5, or I'll lose them permanently. Finding a safe, pet-friendly place isn't just important to me, it's the only way I can bring my cats home.
