Hi, how are you? I live in a house that is very close to restaurants, laundromats, parks, beaches, cinema, post office, grocery stores, and fort Lauderdale. There is a front and backyard, and all utilities are included. The property has wifi, a front porch, washer, and dryer. There are 2 rooms in the house.
A) One bedroom with shared bathroom inside
B) and 1 living room which is now a bedroom. PRIVACY
We would knock each time we anyone passes the door that connects the 2 rooms (since the bathroom is in the real bedroom). There are dividers around both sleeping areas in each room. STEPS 1) You can tell me a few times you're available for a quick video meet/tour 2) meet in person so you see the place:-) 3) I'd just require first month and deposit 4) I'd take a photo of your ID and last 3 paystubs.
5) Please do not bring more than 3 suitcases worth of stuff. PETS AND ALLERGIES
I have 1 cat who lives inside, and 2 that live outside and visit inside. They're not just cats, they're cherished roommates.:-) RULES
1) Cleanliness is priority here as we do not want bugs! 2) Please no guests/visitors, pets, drugs, drama, or alcohol.
3) If rent is late OR purchases need to be made due to lack of cleanliness, it would be taken off of the deposit
4) There is no parking
5) Please bring your own bed sheets. I have pillows
6) Please do not bring more than 3 suitcases!!
