3rd floor apartment in warwick

Hi, me and my girlfriend are renting out a room in warwick ri and looking for someone else to move in. We just moved into and had another roommate lined up, but they canceled on us right as we moved in. So now we kinda are stuck with a year lease and budgeted out finances relying on the other roommate. So if you're looking for a casual, safe environment to live, then this is probably for you. Me and my girlfriend and I work from night until morning sometimes after early afternoon so we are usually sleeping or in our rooms and at night never home. We have two cats, Jasper and junie who are very friendly. The only thing we ask is to be respectful, kind, and not obnoxious. We live in an apartment with a dishwasher, good water pressure, oil, and balcony while also having a pool, walking trails, community gym.
