Aloha! I am seeking a roommate for immediate move in. I own a budding business. I do receive a lot of boxes so if that is a problem for you than I am probably not your guy. I am in my early 40's and work nearly all the time focusing on various aspects of my business. I am also a bit OCD so being messy isn't a problem.
