The apartment features an open floor plan with, in-unit washer and dryer, and a hared living area and kitchen. The community offers a swimming pool, fitness center, indoor rock climbing wall, dog park and car washing station. I'm a single business professional who works a traditional daytime schedule and values a clean, comfortable, and respectful home environment. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, watching movies, relaxing at home, and exploring Tulsa and Broken Arrow. I'm looking for a responsible, reliable roommate who appreciates a peaceful living environment. I enjoy keeping shared spaces clean and organized, cleaning up after cooking, and communicating openly about household needs. Flexible lease options are available with either a 6-month or 12-month lease, and a 90-day written notice is required before moving out.
