EHL student looking near Epalinges

Hi everyone, I’m looking for an entire place for myself, ideally a studio or 1-bedroom apartment in or near Lausanne. I’m currently doing my internship in Geneva and will be coming back to Lausanne soon, so I’m looking for a place to move into ideally in August or September. My budget is up to CHF 1,400 per month. My ideal location would be Épalinges or nearby, as I study at EHL and would like to stay close to the Route de Berne / Croisettes / Chalet-à-Gobet area. I’m also open to other areas in Lausanne, up to Lausanne Gare, if the commute to EHL is reasonable. I’m a clean, respectful and responsible tenant.
