Hi!! *Willing to pay security deposit and 1 month of rent* I am looking for one female to take my bedroom (the downstairs primary bedroom in the floor plan) in a three bed three and a half bath townhome in South Grove right off of South Lamar Blvd. There are two other girls already living in the house that are super friendly and easy to live with, I hate to leave this cute house but I am relocating for school! The rent is $1,100/month and the only other bill is for your utilities which are usually around $70. You can move ASAP! The lease runs to the end of July 2027.
