ROOMATE NEEDED ASAP. 8/1 move in.

Roommate needed in a 2 bed/2 bath luxury style apartment in North Natomas by 8/1. Apartment is a very spacious 1,100 sq ft. Close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, freeways, downtown Sacramento, and the airport. Rent usually ranges from $1,550-$1,600 a month (split cost) with everything included (utilities, amenities, etc.) You’d have your own private room and bathroom with a big walk in closet. Amenities include: washer dryer in unit, elevator in building, gym, pool, package lockers, mail room, covered parking space, storage unit on, central heating and AC, WiFi, gated community, fully furnished common areas, fully stocked kitchen with appliances, and then some. Looking for someone in their mid 20’s to late 30’s. No couples, no additional pets (I have 2 very sweet, very loving cats already) someone who is tidy and respectful, and ideally someone I could get along/hangout with. Open to male or female and I am LGBTQ+ friendly:) I am a 31 year old female. I fly for a living so I’m usually gone a few nights a week on trips. I am very clean so the common areas are very well kept. I do like to be in my space when I’m not working but I also enjoy going out for dinner or drinks occasionally:) I love a good trivia or music bingo night, spending time with friends and family, reading, photography, outdoor activities, and a good outdoor patio space or live music.
