Our current roommate cannot afford the new rent and is moving out at the end of July, so we are searching for a stable adult to rent the available room. It is $1000 per month for a single adult, or $650 per person for a couple, UTILITIES INCLUDED. You would have your own bathroom, access to a washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and all amenities shared within the household. Move-in date is August 1, 2026.
