Room for Rent

Hello! Welcome to the Monrovia Villas! I'm looking for a roommate to add onto my lease which ends at the end of December. I'm offering a private bedroom, with a nice view, that has good closet space. I have 1 cat and we will be out in the living room. First and lasts months rent will be due before move in. No security deposit. A one time $175 permit parking fee. Total move in is $2,175. Utilities are included. Any pet will be $80 extra each month for each one. Preferably a small dog or a cat. Move in is ASAP. (July to December) Shared bathroom, dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, carpet floor. Internet and cable is provided. Balcony view. Central A/C. Maintenance on. Laundry on. Also a pool with a hot tub. Gated community. Whole apartment complex is approximately 800 square ft and is upstairs. If interested please message me to coordinate a date for a tour. Thank you.
