Apartment-share wanted in/near AL

Description

I'm starting a new chapter after care giving for my mother last year and have sworn off long, harsh winters. I'm fairly flexible on location, amenities, move-in date and house rules. I'm currently in Dothan, AL but would consider most areas in the Southeast or Mid-Atlantic, especially if there happen to be job opportunities and/or a non-toxic body of water nearby. I have enough savings to cover rent and expenses for a good bit while I apply for work plus a small budget for whatever furniture the apartment may need. Bonus points for a space that's pet-friendly as I do like to pet sit at home occasionally if and only if all residents, neighbors and property managers allow. (And only if there aren't already other animals on-.) Otherwise, I have no pets of my own.
