Large living room & kitchen plus a back patio. I do enjoy hosting here! The townhouse comes with two parking spots and there is plenty of street parking. In unit washer & dryer & dishwasher. There’s a pool, gym, and rec room in the community too! Rent will be about $1600 plus gas. The HOA covers the internet fee and the homeowner covers the HOA fee.
