Small hand weights and stationary bike.Located in quiet neighborhood, east side. Walking distance to Walmart. On UWY shuttle route. ~~~ Smoke free/vape free/pet free household. Owner occupied unit. Graduate students/graduated, professionals preferred. NO pets or animals - no exceptions. HOA regulated community. ~~~ This is my house. Mature household. PhD student and UWY graduate females currently occupy the space. We are clean, friendly, busy, quiet, independent, respectful, low key and easy to get along with. Don’t mind occasional socializing but mostly keep to ourselves. Seeking similar. Must be responsible, respectful, quiet and keep common areas clean. Potential roomie will have a conference call and/or meet in person with current roomies to see if a good fit for the space.
