Room for rent - highly walkable!

Description

Room for rent in a single family home on South side. Walking distance to several establishments on Park Street, to Lakeside Coffee House, and to Bernie's Beach. Quiet and friendly neighborhood, with views of the Capitol from Monona Bay. One year lease. Room mostly furnished with my own things but you are welcome to bring your own things if you prefer. Bathroom and other areas of the home, which have TVs and couches and a kitchen and laundry area, would be shared. I am the only current occupant, with my two dogs. I work remotely full time and use the downstairs common room for my work, but this is negotiable depending on schedules, etc. I'm pretty chill and usually keep to myself and my doggos but I'm also very open to interacting when I'm able if it makes sense. I don't really have any additional photos of my place right now as I was originally preparing for a move (no longer) and I need to get things back in order before taking photos. The current one posted is an unfurnished photo of the available room. The room currently has a TV, a bed, a handful of drawers, and some glass shelves.
