I’m looking for a female roommate, ideally between the ages of 26–30, to share my apartment in the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area. The apartment is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, so you would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The community is in a great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, and major highways. A little about me: I’m a 28-year-old professional working in hospitality/event planning. I’m very quiet, clean, and respectful. Most of the time, you’ll hardly know I’m home except when I’m cooking or occasionally watching TV in the living room. I’m looking for someone who is responsible, considerate, and enjoys a peaceful living environment. Rent is $1,000 per month per person, and utilities, gas, and Wi-Fi would be split evenly.
