Private room for rent - downtown

Hello! I’m looking to fill the third bedroom in my downtown condo, starting on September 1st. Rent is $1375/month (for your portion), utilities not included. Utilities fluctuate between $20-30/month on average, including internet, because we are renting out our parking spot and use the rental fee to supplement the cost. Your bedroom would be the one highlighted in the diagram. You would only have to share your bathroom with one other person, because the primary bedroom has an ensuite. Picture of the bedroom itself, including the view from the window, is coming soon. The apartment is located right in the theatre district, right by King St. West. It’s an minute walk away from St. Andrew subway station. Amenities: - in-unit washer and dryer - dishwasher - unit balcony - in-building pool and hot tub in the summer - in-building gym - parking lot including bike storage (we are currently renting out our designated car parking spot to another resident, but paid guest parking is also available.) - a storage locker You are an ideal candidate if: - you are a non-smoker - you don’t have any pets - you don’t have a car - you love the city skyline - you take an “everyone does their part” approach to cleaning (you clean your own dishes within the same day when possible, you pitch in with chores wherever you can, etc) - you’re single OR you agree to have your partner over a limited amount of nights per week - you live quietly and want to build your career. Female applicants are preferred, but we are open to any gender. We are 25 and 26, but applicants of any age may apply. Guests are welcome, as well as parties/gatherings; we just ask for advance notice so we can plan our days.
