roommate needed: 2 blocks from beach

Description

1 room in a quaint 2 bedroom/1bath apartment 2 blocks walk to coast. I am a full time teacher, I work remote full time. My place is a clean, nicer 8 unit apartment building that is 2 blocks from the San Clemente pier and beach walking path. All tenants have been in the building a very long time and all are kind respectful neighbors. If living in a neighborhood that is quiet, pure polite silence every night by 8:30pm is your vibe you’ll fit right in. The complex has 2 coin operated laundry on-premises. I prefer a roommate who is a professional who works full time away from home since I work full time from home and I’m on calls & Zoom meetings most days. Female only text if interested
