Looking for a roommate!

Hi! I’m Belle, 21, originally from North Carolina and relocating to Tampa for work. I’m currently looking for a female roommate to sign a 12-month lease on a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in South Tampa. I’m primarily looking at Bay Crossing Apartments and Cortona South Tampa—both in a great location near Publix, Target, and Dutch Bros, just 6 minutes from Bayshore and less than 20 minutes from Downtown Tampa and the University of Tampa. My budget is up to $1,500/month.
I’m looking for a roommate who is:
• Female
• Clean and respectful
• Friendly and easy to live with
• Dog-friendly
• Non-smoker
Move-in would ideally be August or early September.
A little about me: I love Jesus, going to the gym, matcha runs, long walks, spending time with friends, and exploring new places. I’m very organized, keep my space clean, and enjoy having a peaceful, positive home environment.
