Room for rent in Chula Vista CA

Hi everybody! My name is Kaleigh and my partners name is Daniel. We are looking to rent out a room in our three bedroom/1.5 bathroom townhouse in Chula Vista CA, about fifteen minutes outside of downtown San Diego. We are looking rent out this furnished room for 1000/month plus utilities (about 100-150). The room has a queen sized bed, a dresser, a recliner, and a television. Rent will include parking starting in October, plus access to our community pool! The room will be available in mid August, however this is flexible. Daniel will be leaving on deployment soon, so the home will be shared with just myself! A little bit about us! We are both active duty service members in the navy who have been active duty for almost three years. We have lived in San Diego for about a year and a half. I am a surgical technologist and Daniel is a navy police officer. We have one dog, Yoshi, who is a three year old Alaskan husky. He loves humans and is surprisingly low energy for a dog! We are not looking to add any more pets to our household, but small pets or fish may be considered. We love Jesus and are active in our church. I teach Sunday school and volunteer on Thursdays for youth ministry as well. We frequently attend Bible studies and Sunday services. Having someone who shares these values is very important to us!
