2026-2027 roommate needed!
My roommates Carson, Kristina, and I are looking for one more roommate for our apartment for the 2026-2027 lease (/31/2027)
Rent is $325.50 per person (+ about $5 for renters insurance), and utilities typically range from $20-$50/ month depending on usage.
It's a 4 bed, 2 bath unit that's super cute and cozy, with free parking, pet-friendly policies, and an in-unit washer and dryer. It's located on Mortensen road, and the apartment is not too far from campus.
We also have four cats. two super cute kittens named Hazel and Nova. And two adult cats one named Muffin and one named Pistachio, who are very friendly and good with other cats
