2 Private bedrooms in shared living

Description

We are two women renting a bright, open-concept townhouse near downtown Abbotsford, close to UFV, bus routes, and highway 1. We have two rooms available in our home for September 1. Rent for one room is $900/month and $1000 for the other room. This includes all utilities and wifi as well as AC in main shared living space. We would prefer a one year lease with the option to extend if interested. The private bedrooms are located on the upper floor with lots of natural light. There’s a shared bathroom as well as common spaces in the home including: kitchen, living and dining room, balcony, and in-home laundry. Street parking is available. We value a calm, respectful home environment with a balance of shared community and personal space. Our household culture is shaped by values like respect, care for shared spaces, open communication, and a welcoming, peaceful home environment for all. We are looking for someone comfortable in and aligned with that kind of home environment. No smoking, vaping, drugs, or partying. Must be comfortable with cats as we have one sweet cat sharing our home (no additional animals permitted).
