I take out the trash. I do my dishes. I’ll be at my girlfriend’s place Friday through Monday morning, so you’ll have the weekends to yourself. I work from home but in my room is fine. I just need a room that fits a queen-sized bed and a desk. After work I go into the city, and come back to go to bed. I‘ve never missed a rent payment, have excellent credit, etc. Please don’t try to me; it’s quite obvious and a waste of everyone’s time. Thanks.

I am at my girlfriend’s place Friday through Sunday, so if you are in a 2BR apartment, you’d basically have it to yourself. I do sales, wfh in my room and then I go into the city to do comedy / auditions, etc. I’m not lazy, so the trash won’t pile up. I do my dishes. I feel like these are givens but I’ve seen otherwise. If you try to me I will immediately know it’s so obvious. Just looking for a normal person.
