I enjoy playing and watching sports, crafts, reading, writing, puzzling, and being outdoors. Neighborhood has a strong community with a library and bus station within walking distance. Less than 15 min to the airport, nearby a Costco, and 10 minutes to Central Park. Open to considering pets with a $200 refundable deposit and $20/month pet rental. Must get along with Earl, the cat that lives here.
