I am listing this room for my daughter-in-law who moves in mid-July HOUSE AND ROOM DETAILS:
I have a very nice bedroom available, 150 sq ft, with fresh paint in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house that is 975 sq ft with a large yard. The house was just updated with a new kitchen and new bathroom, and has hardwood in the common spaces and bedrooms. The house is shared with one other person, including bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry and yard. The room comes either unfurnished or furnished depending on your needs. If you want or need the room furnished, we can talk about what you want to include. The location (central Berkeley) is super convenient. It is near Bart, UC Berkeley, freeway access, lots of restaurants, grocery stores (West Berkeley Bowl, Monterey Market, and Mi Tierra), and more. Plus, it is a super friendly and safe neighborhood. Plenty of street parking. - Available any time after July 15.
- Term length: 6 months minimum, negotiable and/or renewable - $1700 month (includes all utilities+internet) plus $60 for monthly house cleaner
- Security deposit: $1700
- The rest of the house will be furnished on July 11

I'm a female professional in my early 30’s and like to take care of my house. I work from home most of the time. My husband is in Grad School in Sacramento and comes down to Berkeley most weekends. I am from Mexico, love to travel, experience different cultures, eat nice food, read and have lively discussions with my friends. This home is ideal for someone who wants a peaceful and homey environment. I will be furnishing the house when I move in on July 11. TENANCY REQUIREMENTS:
