Rent includes utilities and Internet. $1050 per month plus deposit. Can have 1 pet that is potty trained with pet deposit of 100 and pet rent 25 per month. Must be cleanand respectful, must be employed, proof of income and a month to month rental agreement. Rent due on the 1st of each month if later than the 3rd a $75 late fee will be applied.
